Devold Expedition is made for extreme weather conditions and proven on several polar expeditions. The Expedition collection insulates extremely well and has a unique ability to transport moisture. The inner layer is made of 100% Merino wool, while the outer later is 905 Aquaduct treated Merino wool, combined with 10% polyamide to improve durability. The Aquaduct Merino wool is specifically designed to move moisture away from the inside of the fabric to the outer surface where it evaporates. Devold Expedition Arctic is designed together with polar explorer Børge Ousland. Taking the collection to a new level with features based on Ouslands feedback from his polar expeditions. Like the Cangaroo pocket for keeping batteries warm and providing easy access to equipment. The articulated and close-fitted hood is developed for protecting the face and chin against cold temperature, including eyelets for improved ventilation and perspiration. Because in extreme conditions, every detail becomes crucial.
